pilates & core

Most of the classes will allocate some time  to Pilates and core work.

Strengthening the core is important for posture, back care and proper digestion.

These sessions will target strengthening and toning the LEGS,TUMMY, ARMS AND BUTT.


Not in an aggressive gym work but in the safe and gentle way that yoga and pilates do it.


You will finish off with a great stretch and yoga relaxation session.
