pilates & core
At 6pm every Wednesday at Yoga & Beyond we hold a special class that focuses on Pilates & Core work.
In addition to this weekly class, we also hold workshops with our pilates & core specialist teacher, Cris;
Whole Body Toning & Ab Toning Sessions with Cris
These sessions will target strengthening and toning the LEGS,TUMMY, ARMS AND BUTT.
Not in an aggressive gym work but in the safe and gentle way that yoga and pilates do it.
You will finish off with a great stretch and yoga relaxation session.
